Welcome to Tedalel. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions ensure clarity and transparency between us and our clients. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the scope of what we offer.
General Service Terms
1. Service Scope
Services are provided based on the selected plan. Each plan includes a defined list of offerings with specific limits. Only one active request is processed at a time per subscription plan.
2. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are allowed for the same request as long as the changes are not excessive or completely different from the original instructions.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is determined by the service category and plan selected. Complex or bulk requests may require additional time.
4. Ownership & File Rights
Clients receive all final approved files and full ownership after delivery.
5. File Delivery & Storage
Delivered files are stored for up to 30 days. After that, access is not guaranteed.
6. File Formats
Clients receive available formats suitable for standard usage.
Team & Communication
7. Team Support
Each plan includes a dedicated project manager who coordinates your requests and assigns them to the appropriate designer or video editor. Support is provided through our online forms, direct email, or a online meeting if necessary.
8. Communication Platform
All communication, requests, and deliveries are managed through our online forms, direct email, or online meetings when needed.
9. Support Response Time
We usually reply as soon as possible to avoid delays and ensure your requests or revisions are worked on promptly.
Subscription Policies
10. No Contract
Clients may cancel any time. No long-term contracts are required.
11. Plan Renewal
Plans renew automatically every month. Cancellation must be done manually before the next billing cycle.
12. Plan Changes
Plan upgrades or downgrades will take effect only after the current subscription period ends to avoid confusion or overlap.
13. Payment Terms
Payments are upfront, online, and processed monthly.
14. Pricing & Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds are offered after activation. Prices may change based on promotions or offers.
15. Refund Exceptions
Only processed for duplicate billing or technical errors.
Request Handling
16. Inactive Clients
Subscription time continues even during client inactivity. Plans are not paused.
17. Inactive Client Requests
Requests are placed on hold if no response is given. If no input is received within 30 days, the request may be marked complete.
18. Post-Delivery Revisions
Revisions are allowed while the task is active. After completion, new change requests must be submitted as new tasks.
19. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear input, timely approvals, and necessary materials such as content and logos.
20. Late Submission Clause
We are not responsible for delays caused by late client input or missing materials.
21. End of Subscription Mid-Request
If a request is in progress and the subscription ends, we may still deliver the request if it's not a major task. However, no revisions will apply after delivery.
Usage & Fair Practice
22. Fair Use Policy
Excessive use includes indecisive, repetitive revisions, ignoring advice, or overconsuming resources without progress.
23. Abuse of Scope
Repeated delays or rejection of advice may be deemed abuse and could limit further service.
24. Service Suspension
Service may be paused for abuse, terms violation, or improper conduct.
25. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify us from any liability due to misuse or unauthorized use of our work.
26. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
27. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable events such as outages or disasters.
Service Limitations
28. Platform Restrictions
Services are primarily designed for Wix Studio. Other platforms may not be supported.
29. Excluded Services
We do not offer domain hosting, printing, 3D modeling, wireframing, coding, or payment for third-party tools or subscriptions.
30. Virtual Assistance Hours
Defined by each plan in terms of total hours and days of support.
31. Website & Social Media Delivery
Website services and social content delivery follow the timelines set per plan.
Legal & Intellectual Property
32. Confidentiality
All client information and data are treated as confidential.
33. Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of all final, approved deliverables.
34. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Philippine law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
35. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before taking legal action.
36. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Active tasks will be closed. No refunds issued post-termination. We reserve the right to terminate the service if any major or repeated violation of terms is committed by the client.
37. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms with advance notice.
Additional Clauses
38. Portfolio Usage
We reserve full rights to use and feature final approved projects in our portfolio or promotional materials without requiring additional consent.
39. Language Support
Service and communication are in English. If another language is available or spoken by our team, we may support it at our discretion.
40. Accessibility Clause

41. Data Retention
After 30 days, we do not guarantee file access. Clients are encouraged to save files promptly.
42. Content Restrictions
We do not allow content involving immorality, profanity, sexual or pornographic themes, religious content, or inappropriate topics.
